Step 1 - Discovery Call

We set up a time to chat through the logistics of your upcoming retreat. We navigate through things like dates, destinations, legth of stay and number of guests. We also talk about what things your group will do will on vacation such as a group bonding event, volunteer activities or dinner arrangments. This call is intended for us to better understand your needs and wants for your retreat in order for us to create a -No Obligations Attached- proposal for you to review.

Step 2 - Planning

Once you decide you'd like to move forward with an option from our proposal, we will being the planning phase. Here is where you will sign hotel contracts, airline group fare contracts and dicuss more details such as transportation arrangments, dinner menus and more. We talk about adding tours, golf outings, planning live music at dinners or even arrnaging for guests to receive personalized gifts in their room upon check-in. All these little things matter and you can 100% rely on us to make sure the planning phase is strees free and easy. This is the fun part and gets everyone excited about their upcoming trip!

Step 3 - Execution

Let's do this thing

Now that we've spent months planning this event, it is time to execute it. One of our team members will be onsite during your entire event, helping with any hiccups, questions or conerns that may arise. As much as we hope nothing goes sideways, we always like to have a back-up plan which is why we have someone onsite. This person is also there to greet your team and assist wherever necessary. This is a necessary peice of the puzzle in order to ensure your retreat goes as smoothly as possible.
